Years ago I worked as a waitress, and we often served Cold beetroot soup at our restaurant-
but were asked to not serve this dish for travelers, because, as it turns out… soup' s main ingredient-kefir is known for being a disgusting Taboo drink at some cultures.
But for Slavs cold beetroot soup is one of the favorite dishes we love to prepare on summer. And Yummy it is!
